Where is my order? CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT:
you can check the status of your order(s) on our website by clicking on "Check your account
", an area that is authorized only to you, which you will find in the main menu.
To get directly to this area click here , enter your user name and password,
and click on "To see your order and exercise your right to withdraw".
By using the criteria to search your orders and clicking in the field "Tracking number"
of the order you wish to have information about, you will be connected directly to the page of the
courier where you will find all information about the progress of your parcel.
As soon as your order has been prepared and has been given to our courier, you will receive
the email "Shipment tracking" with the airwaybill number that corresponds
with your parcel and with which you can monitor the progress of its delivery online
on the website of the courier.
When the parcel has been delivered at the address that you gave us, you will receive the
email "Avanzamento spedizione".
In "Check your Account" you can verify at any moment the information about
your orders and possible returns.
Here you can also change your registration details, for example your home or email address.
