It is possible to return a product, exercising the
Right to Withdraw.
For this purpose we have prepared a special form online, which replaces the traditional registered letter.
On this form you should indicate the article(s) that you want to return, the reason and,
in case of payment on delivery, the details of your bank and account for the reimbursement of the money.
You can find the return form by clicking on "
Check your account" from the main menu of our website, and on "
Return procedure" and following the instructions on the screen.
As soon as all requested information has been inserted, the form is automatically sent by email.
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation by email from
theGigastore.com with a return number,
that you should keep together with all data related to the products that you intend to return to us.
Please indicate this number on the parcel that you return to us, together with the return address.
Furthermore you can use this number in order to ask us for information on your returned articles.
In case you do not receive the email with the return number, please contact us so we can verify whether
our system received your return request.
Within the same 10 days you should return us the articles in their original package, with the delivery document.
As soon as we have received the articles that you returned, we will activate the refund procedure
for the amount corresponding with the articles that you have returned to us.
Returning the products will be at your expense and responsibility.

As soon as we have received the returned goods, we will start the reimbursement procedure
for the amount corresponding with the articles that you have returned to us; this reimbursement will
be carried out within thirty days from the receipt of the parcel.
This form replaces the traditional registered letter.
However, you can still use that method, it is up to you to decide how you want to inform us about
your intentions to return an article.
We remind you that we do not accept the returns of personalized products.
Unfortunately we do not change articles at the moment, except for articles with production defects.
