The aim of this section is to provide you with all the information you need to exercise your right to withdraw.
theGigastore.com, besides guaranteeing the quality of its service, is pleased to provide you, through its Customer Service, with all the assistance you might require.
Art. 3 - Right to Withdraw
According to Italian legislative decree of 06/09/2005, n. 206 (Codice del Consumo), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason for a period of ten working days from the day you receive the products.
All you have to do is to give us notice of your intentions to finish the contract by completing the return form that we prepared "on line" or by registered letter.
You can also send us a telegram or a fax, provided that you send confirmation by registered post within the following 48 hours.
Within the same period of ten working days you must return the products in the original conditions and packaging with their delivery notes.
Returning the products will be at your expense and responsibility.
As soon as we receive the products we shall reimburse you for the money you spent to buy the products, directly on the credit card used to make the order; the reimbursement will be carried out within thirty days from the receipt of the package. The right to withdraw from the contract doesn’t apply if you bought personalised products or products made especially for you on request.

WARNING: If you find any defects in the purchased products do not fill the form to return the product but follow carefully the instructions in the Warranty and Assistance paragraph.
