theGigastore.com will be delivered to you for free by
TNT Global Express,
which offers the service of distribution and delivery at home usually within
2-3 working days from the moment
that they have taken the parcel from our warehouse.
If you ask for items personalizated with your favourite names and/or numbers, the order managing will take 4 working days.
As soon as your parcel has been given to
our courier TNT, we will send you an email with
the
airwaybill number corresponding with your parcel.
By means of the "
Web Tracker" service you can use this number to track the
progress of the delivery online.
Log on at
http://www.tnt.com to check out the time required for delivery to your address and to monitor the delivery.
To prevent delivery problems arising (consignee absent, not available at address given, etc.),
we need exact and complete details (Example: name of the company to which the parcel has to be delivered,
name on door different from yours, etc.).
To have the goods delivered by TNT in the shortest possible
time you can choose to:
- collect the goods from a TNT Branch (indicate which)
- receive the goods at place of work (indicate name of company, Office and Company address)
- have the goods delivered at an address of someone who is always at home between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on every working day (indicate name and address of person to whom the goods should be delivered)
We do not accept orders to Post Office boxes. We do not accept orders at Hotels, post offices and similar organizations, except when the recipient works at these organizations.
Whenever possible, in the event of non-delivery, TNT will leave a message indicating who is to be contacted within two working days to reach an agreement on redelivery of the goods.
Once this period of time has passed, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at customer@kappastore.com which will directly forward the new instructions to TNT.
If, after 30 days from the attempt of delivery, TNT has not received new instructions from theGigastore.com, the goods will be returned to the sender.
