The prices quoted to the public are those suggested by the manufacturer and are in Euros.
Currency
The currency used is Euro.
Minimum orders
Each order should have a value of at least 25 Euros.

In this period, we can only accept and dispatch orders in European territories.

Kappastore.com features a lot of new products and is regularly updated.
For every article, Kappastore shows the available quantity per colour and size.
VAT
The sales price of all articles includes VAT.
VAT register
If you require an invoice, contact our customer service at customer@kappastore.com
indicating the order number, the VAT register number and all company details so the required document can be issued.
Transport
Transport within Italy is free. For other destinations, transport costs are charged to the customer. Carrier rates are shown in the Help section, under Shipments.
Shipments (Italia)
The goods, accompanied by a list of ordered products, are promptly delivered to the address shown on the order form by means of a private express courier service operating overland throughout Italy.
This courier service guarantees delivery within forty-eight hours from collection within continental Italy and seventy-two hours for the islands.
We do not accept orders to p.o. box.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal pursuant to legislative decree 22/05/1999 no.185, if the purchased goods are returned within ten workdays from the date of receipt in their original packaging, in accordance with the conditions indicated in the "sales conditions" chapter.
Transport costs are not refundable.

- Your first order
Dispatch and Payment. Kappastore.com purchases can only be paid by credit card (and only in Euros) through authorised international circuits.
VISA MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS DINERS CLUB
After having filled your basket with the articles you wish to buy,
click on the "Order" button. A form will appear with your address. Now you have to choose the address for shipment, click on "My address if you want to have it shipped to your own address or on "Someone else" if you want to have your order sent to another address.
A summary display page will appear. At this point, click on the "Credit Card" button
and a linkup will be made with the secure Server of Kappastore.com.
The payment page shows fields that you should complete with your credit card number and expiry date. Credit card number and name entering are in safe mode and provide the buyer with total security.
The server security system consists of a TCP/IP protocol with encrytograph SSL 128 bit, certified Verisign.
After receiving payment details, the bank inserts these in the authorised
international circuits and through these, they will reach the bank that issued your
credit card. This bank will give you a positive or negative answer on the request for
authorisation, after which the bank confirms us whether payment
has been executed or not.
At this point, the Kappastore.com page will appear again informing you whether your order has been confirmed or not.
At the same time, the bank sends you an e-mail message containing all details on the transaction and informs that Kappastore.com has received payment.
The entire payment procedure will only take a few seconds.
Once Kappastore.com has recorded payment, the order has been executed.

Shipments
Log on at http://www.tntitaly.it/tnt/servizi_web/mn_webtracker_input.html to check out the time required for delivery to your address and, using the consignment note number given to you when ordering, you can monitor the shipment by means of the Web Tracker service.
To prevent delivery problems arising (consignee absent, not available at address given,
etc.), we need exact and complete details (Example: name
of the company to which the parcel has to be delivered, name on door different from yours, etc.).
To have the goods delivered by TNT in the shortest possible time you can choose
to:
- collect the goods from a TNT/DHL Branch (indicate which) receive goods at place of work (indicate name of company, Office and Company address)
- have the goods delivered at an address of someone who is always at home between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on every working day (indicate name and address of person to whom the goods should be delivered)
We do not accept orders to p.o. box.
Whenever possible, in the event of non-delivery, TNT will leave a message indicating who is to be contacted within two working days to reach an agreement on redelivery of the goods.
Once this period of time has passed, please contact our customer service Tel.0039 011-26171 which will directly forward the new instructions to TNT .
If, after 30 days from the attempt of delivery, TNT has not received new instructions from Kappastore.com, the goods will be returned to the sender.
SERVICE ABROAD
Delivery will take place by means of a private courier (DHL International/TNT).
Delivery time will take 2 or 3 working days.
International shipment costs will be charged to the customer.
This charge will be calculated according to the geographical location and to
the total value of your purchase. The concerning countries are:
EUROPE; Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Ireland,
Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Principality of Monaco, Portugal, Great Britain, Spain, Sweden. We do not accept orders to p.o. box.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a consignment note number concerning the shipment. This number will enable you to log on at the DHL site
( http://www.dhl.it/rintraccia/tracing4.html/) and monitor the progress of your parcel.
In case you are not there, DHL will leave a message to arrange a new consignment. Warranty and aftersales service Kappastore.com guarantees the quality of its service. The products sold undergo a high standard of quality control (sales conditions).
If you find any defects in the purchased products, please let us know immediately within eight days by means of a registered letter with return receipt, indicating:
- The order number given when the order was made.
- The product type, the model and the garment label code.
- The nature of the defect.
- Your address.
- A telephone number where we can reach you between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm on working days.
- An e-mail address.

How to return products
The aim of this section is to provide you with all the information you need to exercise your right to withdraw. Kappastore.com, besides guaranteeing the quality of its service, is pleased to provide you, through its Customer Service, with all the assistance you might require.
How to exercise the right to withdraw.
Buyers intending to exercise their right to withdraw have to complete, within ten working days from receipt of the goods, the form to return the products, that we have prepared “on-line” and that is visible when clicking at
“Return product”
Complete this form with username and the password used to make the order.
As soon as all requested information has been inserted, the buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail from Kappastore.com with a return number, that he should keep together with all data related to the products that he intends to return to us.
How to exercise your right to withdraw by means of a registered letter.
Buyers intending to exercise their right to withdraw should let us know within ten workdays from receipt of goods by means of a registered letter with return receipt containing:
- Indication of their desire to avail themselves of the benefits granted by the law.
- Indication of your current account details for money refund.
- The order number issued at time of purchase.

Returning the product
For both ways returning within the same 10-workday period, the buyer must return to us the product for which he/she intends exercising his/her right to withdraw. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging together with the waybill issued by Kappastore.
All transport costs relating to returned goods shall be borne by you and the goods travel under your responsibility.

Refund of money paid
As soon
as we receive the returned goods, we shall refund you the value of the goods for which you have exercised your right to withdraw directly on the credit card used to make the order; the refund will be
carried out within thirty days from the receipt of the parcel.
Any further expenses related to shipment and home delivery of the goods will not be refunded and are therefore charged to the buyer.
Important: To exercise your right to withdraw, the products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The right to withdraw from the contract is not applicable in case you bought made-to-measure or customized products.

How can I surf in Kappastore.com?
The choices are multiple, you can decide to:

How do I make a purchase?
When you have found a garment that interests you, click on the product’s image:
a display page will appear with all useful details: a photo of the garment,
technical features, material used, colours, available sizes and the price.
All products can be purchased by clicking on "Add to basket" which always appears at the bottom of the page. You can continue shopping then. When you have finished, just like at a cash desk, you can check your purchases by selecting the basket icon in every page menu: the entire contents of the basket then appears, along with orders, chosen colour, unit price and total amount.
At this point, you can change your purchases or confirm them by selecting the "Order" button: a purchase form will appear: this must be completed with all requested details.
At this point, by clicking on the "Credit Card" icon, you are linked to the bank to whom you must give your credit card details.
Who can order?
All Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit card holders.
What is the basket?
The basket is the virtual space where purchases are placed while visiting the store. The basket is the instrument that, just like in a shop, enables you to add, remove or change products and shows what you have purchased and what the items cost so that you know exactly what you have spent at any time. Only when you have finished, when you have made your choices and are sure the basket contains the articles you want, you click on "Order" and, after completing the form with the requested details, go directly to the cash desk and pay for the purchased products.
How can I display the contents of the basket?
By clicking on "basket" in the menu. Immediately a list will appear of all products you have purchased so far. At the bottom of the page you find the options "Update Basket", "Empty Basket" and "Order".
Can I put several garments from different collections in the basket?
Yes, the site is organised to allow you to purchase several products at the same time, from whatever collection, but there is a maximum of 15 garments per order.
How do I know whether the order has been accepted or not and whether the products I want have been included or not?
Kappastore.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail when the payment procedure has been concluded, with a survey of all articles ordered.
Can I check out the situation with regard to the shipment?
Only if the carrier offers web tracker service. By logging on to the carrier’s site you can monitor the shipment’s situation. Our customer service is however always on hand to provide assistance at customer@kappastore.com.
What about credit card security?
To ensure total security, credit card details are transferred directly by you encrypted to a secure bank server and from here to authorised circuits through a proprietary system.
What does that mean?
First of all it means a direct link with the bank system and consequently that you don’t have to load any authentication or plug-in certificate on your computer. All you need is a standard browser.
How do I pay to Kappastore.com?

The approval procedure will start immediately after order dispatch through the Web. Once confirmation of charge authorisation has been received, Kappastore.com will execute the order.

The operation is recorded by your bank on the same day as purchase is made.
Like all payments made by credit card, on the first week of each month you will receive a statement of the previous month’s purchases to be charged all together at a fixed rate of exchange, whatever the day the purchase was actually made.

When a message appears saying the page has expired, what should I do?
